Time Flies When You're Having Fun!
Well...more like being super busy and having some fun in between. I realized I never finished the things I am thankful, never posted anything about the holidays, and now it's February! But I have an excuse...my husband and I bought our first home! We've been busy packing, moving, unpacking, painting, decorating, etc. since November. I will try to play catch up and post some pictures from Thanksgiving and Christmas. And definitely try to post pictures of our new home! I'm so excited to start on some of the projects I've been pinning on Pinterest (are you on there? you should follow me!). So stay tuned!

Being Thankful - Day 18 and 19
Day 18 - Cheesy movies that make me laugh.
Day 19 - Being able to grow my hair long enough to donate to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. I've been growing my hair for quite a while and today I had enough to donate 8-inches. It will be used to create a wig that will be given to a woman living with cancer who has lost her hair due to cancer treatments. A special thank you to my sister, Amy, who is a fabulous beautician that cut my hair for me.

Being Thankful - Day 8 and Day 9
Day 8 - Nature - I love being outside. I love to go camping, hiking, going for walks. I am thankful for the beauty that surrounds me and I am thankful that I can spend time in nature. I am thankful that I can capture the details in nature that some people miss.
Day 9 - Camping - I've been camping since I was a baby. A lot of my childhood memories I have are camping-related. My parents took me and my sister camping for most family vacations, I went to summer camp for a week every summer since I was 5, and now camping weekends with friends and family at my family's property in upstate New York. I am thankful that I can spend a few days sleeping in a tent, cooking over a campfire and spending days lounging around doing nothing.
